Return Eligibility

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products without original packaging

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable.
  • A replacement cannot be provided.
  • The order is cancelled before shipment.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a customer preference, return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation
